URCC 18th Annual Chili Cook-off  and dessert auction always brings in a huge crowd.  It is limited to only 4 groups which have been participating for years in this competition.  Nobody would want to stand in their way.  They all take this event very seriously.  While all of door receipts goes to the four participants, the Dessert Auction will benefit the Center's Youth Activity Programs.
